Supervisor, 12 years of Service
Hortencia Barragan started with our company as a cook in our kitchen department.  She had a lot ambition and determination.  She continued to learn and excel and continued to grow her career within our company.  Hortencia is a Supervisor of 5 Restaurants.  She has received numerous awards from McDonald’s Corporation; she has been awarded 4 Outstanding Restaurant Manger Awards and Manager of Excellence Award.  Hortencia was awarded the most prestigious award given by McDonald’s Corporation, The Ray Kroc Award.  We are very proud to have her on our team and is a true asset to our company.

Arturo Sanchez

Arturo Sanchez

Restaurant Manager, 14 Years of Service
Arturo Sanchez started with our company in 1991 as a cook at our restaurant located downtown in  Alamo Plaza.  He is a very fast learner and had the desire to grow with in our company.  Arturo was awarded with an Outstanding Restaurant Manager Award, Manager of Excellence Award, Excellence of Service Award, Super Saturday Award winner and several other service awards.  In 2009 Arturo was featured in the US Today new paper.  In 2011 Arturo was awarded with McDonald’s Corporations most  prestigious award, the Ray Kroc Award.  He is a blessing to our company.

Compensation*

Crew: $9.00 – $10.25
Maintenance: $12.50 – $18.00
Shift Managers: $12.20 – $16.00
Assistant Manager: $14.50 – $18.00 plus.  Based on experience
General Manager:  $35,000 – $48,000 plus. Based on experience

*Per hour compensation for starting pay based on location and experience.
